For the production of high quality electrically insulating parts, rubber goods, labels, and corrugated products, die cutting is often the most economical option. At ESPE Manufacturing Co., Inc., we have an arsenal of 60-ton hydraulic flat bed, punch, and steel rule die cutting presses capable of producing high caliber die cut items. With low initial tooling charges and fast paced, high-accuracy output, die cutting is a highly efficient manufacturing process.

We can cut almost any shape with a high degree of part-to-part consistency. As a master distributor and fabricator of ITW Formex® products, we specialize in the production of insulation and barrier products used by the electrical industry, OEMs, and companies involved in manufacturing industrial, commercial, and consumer electronics. We also die cut a diverse range of other plastic and non-metal materials measuring from 0.003" to .062" in thickness for many other applications. No matter what the size and shape of your part is, we can provide a solution that meets your quality and tolerance requirements.

We have the largest inventory of electrical insulation material in the Midwest, which allows us to begin work on your project immediately, and you can submit your drawing in any one of several different standard formats.
